Our Leadership
NODAYSOFF Contracting is owned and operated by Edwin Bailey, who brings over 15 years of professional experience in the landscaping, carpentry, plumbing, and general contracting industries. Mr. Bailey began learning the trade at the age of seven under the mentorship of his father and further refined his expertise through experience with TruGreen and other respected industry leaders. His passion for craftsmanship and commitment to excellence have shaped NDOC into a company known for precision, creativity, and reliability.
As Director of Operations, Mr. Bailey leads business development initiatives, oversees marketing and training systems, negotiates strategic partnerships, and personally closes all new contracts. He maintains a hands-on leadership style, attending major residential and commercial projects to provide direct oversight and quality assurance. This commitment ensures every NDOC project management, ensuring each space—inside and out—delivers maximum value, functionality, and visual impact.
